Tilapia Harvest

On Thursday, March 19th JES was able to harvest over 175 pounds of our farm-raised tilapia from our 21st Century Learning Center. A total of 47 fish were harvesting. That's an average weight of 3.7 pounds per fish. More than than a dozen of our fish were donated to an establishment that feeds our keiki and kupuna. What a worthy cause!
