Jefferson Elementary School is partnering up with La Pietra School for Girls in providing an opportunity for our students to receive their COVID-19 vaccinations. Flyer contains the details and aQR code to the La Piertra website and the link to sign up. It is by appointment only so you (parents) will need to sign up for the 1st dose. You will also need to download the Pre-vaccination checklist and consent forms.
