Choose Love: Gratitude

For our Choose Love program, we have been focusing on "gratitude" for 2nd quarter. Gratitude means feeling thankful for things in your life. Have you been working on a gratitude journal yet? Any notebook, a piece of blank paper, post-its, a word document, or notepad to write/type your thoughts will do. Here are some ideas to help you get started!
